SCOTTISH Labour has published its Brexit action plan, outlining steps it says the Scottish Government should take to protect jobs and the wider economy in the wake of the vote to leave the European Union (EU). It has called for increased spending on infrastructure projects and the creation of a Brexit fund for “at-risk” sectors such as construction.
